float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_0j0q2N7kjyY/SEXXDuA-umI/AAAAAAAAABY/Vci0Cj_68t8/s320/DSC01655.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5207805003015567970" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;semasa saya ke menbuat kem semangat dan motivasi untuk Kementerian Belia dan sukan di&lt;br /&gt;Bangi...wafa dan yun bawa saya ke pasar malam&lt;br /&gt;dekat denga rumah face....&lt;br /&gt;punya lah lama saya tak makan Putu Bamboo&lt;br /&gt;akhir nye dapat juga lah saya rasa kembali makanan yang hampir Pupus ni.Dulu saya ingat&lt;br /&gt;lagi di seketar tahun 70 puluhan...Chow Kit ada lah tempat nye untuk kita nak makan makan dan juga di Kampong Bahru pasar minggu...best nye.&lt;br /&gt;di sini lah kita dapat PUTU BAMPOO.sorry ya kalau ejaan salah.Di perbuat dari Beras pulut dan campur sedikit beras yang telah di remdam dan di tumbok halus dan kasar&lt;br /&gt;kita nye anak yang kalau dia nak baritahu yang sebenar lah kan.Mengunakan buluh yang sama saiz....macam gambar ni lah sais nye.masukan.Dan gunakan gula melaka yang dah di kikis.Masukan tepung kedalam acuan buluh sehingga setengah dan masukan gula melaka.masukan sedikit lagi tepung jangan tekan terlalu padat nanti keras.Lepas tu letakan di atas kukus khas untuk buat Putu Piring...serupa aja tapi lain cara acuan nye.....makan engan kelapa.....best.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kalau nak makan makanan yang hampir pupus ni gi lah pasar malam atau Tani yang jauh sikit&lt;br /&gt;dari klccccccccccccccc. Tak kan nak makan ikan di balut pulut aja ....yang berpusing tak ada break......tak pinang ke makan soo siiii tu....makan makanan tempatan nenek kita dulu...mesti&lt;br /&gt;tahan lama tau.....&lt;div rasa.&lt;br /&gt;Ramai orang malaysia yang tergiler giler dengan&lt;br /&gt;masakan ini...tak tahu apa sebab nye...mungkin dengan kemasukan insan dari sempadan kelantan dan menbawa masakan yang paling senang....tetapi mahal sekali.masakan yang hanya&lt;br /&gt;mengunakan 3 botol sos sahaja.....membuat satu brand yang susah raakyat malaysia nak lupakan  malah ianya telah pun memjadi manu utama ibu ibu di rumah......senang saja nak buat branding kan...dari gerai gerai Tom yam ke dapur dapur Mahligai...Penangan Rasa Nya ikan Tiga Rasa&lt;br /&gt;ha ha ha ha ha...ok lah kesian chef....saya bagi lah resepi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Bahan nye:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;600 gm ikan siakap....(beli kat pasar...senang suruh abang tu bersihkan ok)&lt;br /&gt;4 cm Halia di hiris memamjang(macam mancis makcik)&lt;br /&gt;5 ulas bawang Putih(hiris)&lt;br /&gt;2 Labu Bawang Besar (hiris bulat dan nipis)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit serbuk lada sulah dan minyak bijan untuk&lt;br /&gt;di sapukan bersama ikan sebelum di saturkan dengan tepung.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Bahan sos nye.&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan air,&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos Tiram&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar sos Tomato&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu Besar sos Cili&lt;br /&gt;(gaul semua bahan sos dalam bekas sehingga sebati)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;secukup nye bahan perisa,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu gula.(kalau tak suka manis agak agak aja)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit serbuk lada sulah(pepper)&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu makan susu ideal atau krim segar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tiga jenis tepug untuk mengoreng ikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan tepung ubi&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;minyak untuk mengoreng dan menumis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara cara.&lt;br /&gt;1.Panaskan minyak.sadurkan ikan bersama tiga jenis tepung sehingga rata dan goreng ikan&lt;br /&gt;sampai masak dan garing.Ketipikan.&lt;br /&gt;2.Panaskan 4 sudu minyak masak dan tumis bahan hirisan sehingga agak layu dan masukan&lt;br /&gt;bahan sos dan semua yang lain...kacau  dan masak sehingga cukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;curahkan sos tiga rasa keatas ikan dan hidangkan Malaysian Kitchen Food Promotion.I was there for 1 mth,Memang best giler.Maaklumlah masak dan 179 countries having fun with kuah satay and many more goodies.....cili babe wow....enak.sempat juga lah pi jalan jalan cuci mata dan tengok broadway show...6 kau jangan merah...the best is HAIR SRAY.....sedeh jugak...wish malaysia my sweet country have good offer for broadway show.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;My flight back home....boleh mati maaklum lah naik emirates JKF to DUBAI to SINGAPORE...baru lah malaysia.29 hrs of neck paint....urut 3 rounds baru lah tangkuk lurus....jangan merah kurus tetap.......makan hati lah lu..bukan merana...saja banyak yang cemburu tau tak baik umat islam...mengata.....Raya lambat lagi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;Tau tau lah kat New York tak ada see see t.v....macam macam boleh jadi tak ada siapa cc pun.Ramai lah juga jumpa malaysian kat New York...dia orang semua baik baik....semua ajak makan di rumah...kadang kadang kita &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;lebih rapat di luar negara dengan malaysian dari dalam negara kita....tak tahu lah apa yang kita sibuk sampai lupa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;nak tanak nasi  periuk sendiri.Chef jumpa PAULA ABDUL.............bukan shila abdullah
